He's sneaky about it because he's a bit embarrassed about how desperate he gets for his mates' scents right before his heat so he finds different ways to steal their clothing and smuggle them into his room.
And the best part is that his mates have no idea

"Do I smell different, hyung?" He asked worriedly. "I can't smell a difference, and I didn't think our scents really changed?"
"Well, not usually," Minho said, still looking apprehensive for some reason. "Not unless—"
But he cut himself off again, going a little pink in the cheeks, and now Felix was getting frustrated.
"Not unless what?" He asked, his tone a little more snippy than he'd intended. "Hyung, I really don't feel good so can you just spit it out and go get me some medicine?"
"Lix, are you sure you're sick and not…in heat?"
