In a dog-eats-dog world, and most of all, a world where omegas were seen as weak and only accessories for alphas to use and discard, it is hard to stand up and fight, knowing full well the long-standing history and hierarchy of secondary genders.
Alphas were always known for their domineering aura and powerful scents, forming countless packs that follow their every command, especially those alphas called: Dominant Alphas. Thus, it was inferred that they were the ideal leaders who would rule in a survival-of-the-fittest world.
Suhyeon Kim, who was hiding his omega identity as a normal beta, would never realize how his obsession with video games would bear fruit, allowing him the opportunity to rise in the ranks with the use of a mysterious game-like interface that gives him quests to become stronger.

Sigyeong Ryu, who instead was effortlessly perceptive and incredibly sharp, cataloguing all of Jaeha’s weaknesses like some insidious snake.
“It’s over, isn’t it?” Jaeha had replied, which of course was apropos to the whole unification of Gangbuk thing, but really was about them.

“i didn’t know you cared what was bad for me.” it’s said lightly, no change in tone, but sigyeong is smart enough to see it for the warning it is. jaeha blows smoke into his face because he can, and watches sigyeong’s hand twitch, as if it wants to form a fist.
it’s silent for a moment, and then it’s not. “me neither.” sigyeong laughs, and that’s the end of it.
perhaps that’s why jaeha remembers that particular instance so well. it was something new, something different amongst the miles of memories he has of sigyeong. a slight crack in the mask he never realized the bastard was wearing.

“Who—?” A teenager’s voice called out to her, his voice was shaking slightly that Miru picked up on, fuck did I scare a kid?! However the curiosity hanging in between the line of bewilderedness said otherwise. Slowly, Miru opened her eyes to look at the person in front of her—it was just in fact a short teenage boy with ordinary black hair styled in a bowl cut and blue eyes, he had a small build and no noteworthy features other than his skin being lighter than most Koreans.
Observing the boy's heightened sense of alertness evident in his stance, she took the initiative to speak. Sighing, she mumbled a small “Don't panic” to him before returning to her usual upbringing, confident bravado. “Listen, kiddo,” she said with an American accent, “Are ya okay? Yer cute but why didja even pick to summon me, I just recently quit fucking Ssireum.” The boy, or shall I say Suhyeon—couldn't form a single coherent word in front of the woman. Upfront he did seem curious, however the questions in his mind dissipated as he continued to stare at the woman.

A national athlete famous for her 50 games, 50 wins streak, finally has been defeated. Disheartened, she's was transported to another world by Suhyeon Kim.
