Summary
“From the moment we enter crying, to the moment we leave dying, it will cover just your head as you wail and cry and scream!”
Oh.
The room fades. There is only Todd, his voice, the trembling honesty of it, the way he doesn’t look at anyone, especially not Neil, even though Neil knows he can feel it. Knows Todd can feel his eyes burning holes into him.
Neil wants to laugh. Wants to cry. Wants to stand up and grab him and say “you did it, you did it, you’re brilliant!”
Instead, he stays still.
The poem ends awkwardly, the way it began. Todd cuts himself off like he’s afraid he’ll say one word too many and disappear. Applause breaks out, too loud, too fast, Todd flinches at it.
He sits down quickly, eyes on his hands. They’re shaking.
Neil doesn’t clap. He can’t stop looking.
Todd never meets his gaze. He keeps his head bowed, jaw tight, like he’s bracing for something, judgment, maybe, or disappointment. Like he doesn’t trust what just happened to stay good.
Neil feels it then. Fully. Clearly.
Shit.
Or:
Somewhat of a fix it fic

Summary
Neil Perry attempted suicide last winter. When they released him from the hospital, his parents decided they needed to go away as a family. This results in Keating staying at Welton, as they had no reason good enough to fire him.
Now the summer is at it's end, and the gang is reunited for their final year at Welton. -

Summary
Sometimes, home is looking at the eyes of someone who will be there when the show is over. After a tiring day, you crawl home with a body worn thin but a heart at ease—because there is still someone whose eyes hold you gently, who sees you as more than enough. Someone waiting for you to come home, not just a glowing window. Someone who is, in every quiet way, home.

Summary
Neil just couldn’t make sense of why Todd stood out to him so much. It’s not like his dirty blond hair was much more significant than any other college boys’, perhaps a little silkier than the average. And sure, his eyes were blue and felt like they could pierce him from across the room, but Neil thought that was standard for anyone with that shade of cerulean. And it’s not like the smattering of freckles across his nose are that remarkable other than the fact that they brought everything together in a pleasant way.
“Shit,” Neil hisses under his breath, steaming milk frothing over and burning his hand. So much for throwing himself into making Todd’s drink to get his mind off of him.
He tries to keep to his work, but Neil also can’t help but flit his eyes over to the couple studying in the corner more often than not, his chest panging for some reason while admiring how good they looked together. Neil thinks he even catches sight of them playing footsie, not that he was looking that hard.
Or in which it’s 1995 in NYC, Neil is just trying to scrape by as an actor with his barista gig, and there’s this annoyingly attractive regular who has an equally attractive girlfriend, not that Neil cares or anything.

Summary
Neil tries to run out but the once wide, open door is replaced by a wall of person. His full body slams into this stranger because of how fast he was moving and how little he was paying attention, which winds up with them both on the floor. Neil recovers quickly and is on his feet in a split second. The distractingly attractive stranger with dirty blonde hair and striking blue eyes looks incredibly disoriented, and reasonably so, as to why they are on the floor.

Summary
There are a lot of different types of people in New York City.
Aspiring actors, experimental jazz soloists, poorly paid interns at aerospace engineering companies who dream of becoming rocket scientists themselves, radio hosts, lovesick musicians who can barely play guitar, bland 9-5 workers, and even anonymous journalists.
Lots of strange things happen in New York City every day. But this story could maybe contain some of the strangest...

Todd’s breath hitched for a second, before he said “I’m so sorry you’ve had to live like this, honey…”
“I don’t have to anymore.” Neil spoke softly, Todd smiling at him weakly for a second before turning his gaze back towards the road. “I have you.”

Summary
i suck at summaries sorry
At Camp Evermere in the summer of 1960, secrets hum beneath the pines. A year after the events at Welton, the Dead Poets Society members reunite as counselors—older, bruised, and still burning with the ghosts of their youth. But they’re not the only ones who came to escape. Among them is Knox Overstreet, still chasing beauty in all its complicated forms. Also returning is Isobel “Izzie” Daphne Darcy, sharp-tongued, grief-slicked, and brilliant, escaping a disastrous year at Danforth Academy and the wreckage it left behind.
Evermere is supposed to be safe. But in the golden haze of June, rivalries flare, old wounds reopen, and the past refuses to stay buried. As Knox and Izzie circle each other—enemies, maybe, or something softer—truths begin to unravel: about Danforth, about friendship, about the families we make when the ones we’re born into fail us.
With poetry, stolen records, contraband lipstick, and midnight lake swims, this is a story of love blooming where it shouldn’t, of found family, of saying the things that were never said—and of finally, fiercely, choosing to leave. (english isnt my first language sorry if it isnt good lol)

Summary
Well, technically, Puck reached out a few days after Todd posted his works on some poets’ site named Dead Poets Society and after some interactions, they eventually settled on being pen pals. Todd couldn’t remember how they both came to that predicament, but he was thankful for it. It’s nice to know someone without stuttering, without the overwhelming anxiety and all the other things. And they’ve been writing to each other ever since high school. At this point, Todd can consider Puck as his friend.

As the daunting news of college closes in, Meeks and Knox found a way to get Todd in the airplane with them to London for numerous agendas: meet Meeks' boyfriend, let Todd get out of his writing slump, and possibly do more than write to Puck. -
