That's the difference between you and me.
This darker version of Willow squatted by her in a grim mockery of where this had all started, her face a stoic, murderously enraged mask. Every part of her hurt and Faith stared in utter terror at this pale spider-veined monster and with that sickening realization of just what lay behind that rage, she realized this might be how she went out.
You know what it feels like, now. Your body, completely in the control of something you can't stop, and you can't control. You hurt me, Faith. Went out of your way to try to ruin my life.
Willow then stood up right as her friends had found her, knowing what that light had meant even when Faith didn't.
But I'm not like you, and I never will be. Right now. Try me again and I'll flay you and burn you to ashes.
Faith found herself fully believing Red in that moment for reasons besides being on her back after being brutally ragdolled, not least of them the relish in that tone as the pale spider-veined monster had grinned at her for the first time.

Donny had gone up to her.
"I missed the part, redneck, where I'm supposed to care what you think."
Tara couldn't resist a smirk at that and Donny had become red-faced with rage and then Willow had just raised her right hand and they began to feel the immensity of her power, that brooding thunderstorm feeling and the silence was deafening.
"You broke down my door. You're lucky if the landlord doesn't sue you for that. Get. Out."
They ran, then, and that was when the spell of fear began to break.
"Come on."

Elizabeth Summers has been left destitute and alone, save her young sister Dawn after the outbreak of cholera in Paris, causing the young Summers ladies to be placed in the care of a finishing school, training orphaned girls of affluence in the art of being the perfect wife and matchmaking through 'mail-order'.
Elizabeth's headstrong ways have deterred suitors so far, but if she is to save herself and Dawn from a life of poverty she must learn to obtain and maintain a suitable match. Her arranged marriage to the foppish Mr. Pratt may be just the start she needs to escape destitution, after all a marriage of convenience is far better than one of love.

If they'd thought graduating high school would make things any easier, they were wrong.
It's not demons, this time, but that doesn't make it any less of a problem. Whoever these masked soldiers are, running around and capturing demons, no one particularly trusts that they're on their side.
Kendra and Faith get closer, even as cute boys from the local university take interest, boys that aren't all that they seem. Doesn't mean its easy, though.
Buffy and Spike are still out there. Somewhere. No one quite knows where. That might be a problem for any or all invested parties at some point.
Plus, Harmony showed up at Giles's apartment as a vampire begging them to figure out what was wrong with her girlfriend (also a vampire) who's starving to death because she showed up after disappearing unable to hurt humans without this pain in her head and they think it has something to do with this 'Initiative'. Her girlfriend who is apparently Drusilla?
