Summary
They had failed the Omega race once and Levi was going to see to it that they don't fail them again. This time their people will protect and and cherish them like the priceless jewels they so clearly are.
Back then the Omega race were merely bottom of the pack a lesser member of society that was subjected to abuse or starvation. They found out later on that the Omega's were highly fertile and can produce as many litters without miscarriage or still-birth. They had strange powers as well, but they didn't realize it until a little too late when they vanished without trace.
