I started writing this fanfiction series a year ago. My goal was to try and capture the complex relationship between Blitzø and Stolas, including the good, bad, and explicit from both their perspectives, as they navigate the full moons, and fight their inner demons. All this, as their relationship evolves from horny demon sex, into something that looks a lot like love (still with a lot of horny demon sex.) I have stayed as true to the series as I possibly can; each chapter follows or precedes an episode of the show.
I have spent many hours writing and editing and I love the finished story. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have enjoyed writing from the perspectives of these beloved characters, complex emotions, flaws and all.This is fanfiction: All characters are created by the incredible Vivienne Medrano @ Spindlehorse.

"Pero eso ya no importa" añadió Blitzø con una sonrisa sincera que suavizó su rostro desigual". Supongo que los dos sabemos cómo se siente cuando el telón cae demasiado pronto.
Stolas se acercó un poco más, deteniéndose a su lado sin llegar a tocarle.
"Entonces… ¿qué nos queda después de eso?" preguntó.
Blitzø ladeó la cabeza.
"Disfrutar del espectáculo. Aunque sea una mentira. Aunque solo dure un instante."Desde pequeño, se había pasado la vida fingiendo que habitaba en un mundo de fantasía, uno en el que alguien vendría a rescatarle de su jaula y, por fin, le devolvería la libertad. Eso era mejor que nada, ¿no?
Pero, al ver cómo el imp se balanceaba sobre la barandilla del balcón y desaparecía tras el muro, Stolas sintió algo hundirse en su estómago, como un peso con garras.
El único problema era… que ya no estaba tan seguro de poder seguir fingiendo. -

“But that doesn’t matter anymore. I guess we both know what it’s like when the curtain falls too soon,” Blitzø added with a genuine smile that softened his uneven face. Stolas stepped closer, stopping at his side without touching him.
“Then… what’s left for us afterward?” he asked. Blitzø tilted his head.
“Enjoy the show. Even if it’s a lie. Even if it only lasts for a little while.”Since he was little, he had pretended to live in a fantasy, one where someone would come and rescue him from his cage, finally setting him free.That was better than nothing, wasn’t it?
But as he watched the imp swing over the balcony railing and vanish behind the wall, Stolas felt something sinking in his stomach like a clawed weight.
The only problem was… he wasn’t so sure he could keep pretending anymore. -

“Oh, I know!” Stolas said suddenly, snapping his fingers. “You’re that funny little imp that played with me when we were children!” His expression brightened, clearly delighted by his discovery. Then he furrowed his brow. “But, um, what brings you to my daughter’s closet?” As Blitzø looked up at Stolas, lips parted in surprise and eyes wide as he struggled to come up with a response, there was one thought at the very front of his mind:
This wasn’t a joke or a prank. Whatever this was, something got really fucked up. Big time. And he had a feeling that, like always, it was his fault.
OR
Shortly after Sinsmas, Blitzø accidentally goes back in time to before he stole the grimoire. He convinces Stolas that he's his clown for the day, at least until he figures out how the fuck he got here.

Summary
Hell is Hell. The place was practically built around suffering but that doesn't mean everyone living there suffers equally; some people clearly have it better than others.
Blitzø is a whore. Not just in the sense that he's promiscuous as hell, but literally. Alone after the fire that killed his family and with fucked up moral obligations that mean he has to keep working no matter what, the imp has gotta do whatever shit he can to keep that money coming in. At least, until someone unexpected shows up to throw his life into chaos.
Prince Stolas dreads his impending arranged marriage. Bound by duty and familial expectations, his future is fixed and no matter how much he might resent it, there is no escaping the gilded chains he was born to wear.
Tensions are growing between the demon elite and Hell's increasingly bitter underclass and in a world of constitutionalised abuse and blatant classism, change is brewing. It had started earlier that day. He’d known it would probably happen soon, but he’d never prepared himself for the eventuality of having to ask for help. The pain was like nothing he had ever experienced before as he lay on the floor of his office that night after everyone had gone home…breathing through the pain was no longer an option… He had long since removed his clothes, stripped down to his skin and sweating buckets. His body showed few signs …hence why he hadn’t cottoned on what was going on until it was much too late to do anything about it. He wished he had a supply of water where he could reach it, but he was in too much pain to retrieve it now.
He’d been able to convince himself earlier that he didn’t need his help…or anyone’s help for that matter…but the more the urge consumed him, the closer he got to reaching for that phone to call for help.
Stolas. He needed Stolas.

"Blitzy... I feel... warm. So very warm." His voice was breathy, his body pressing closer to Blitzø's without thought, the imp's heat seeping through clothes like sunlight.
Blitzø grunted, his own senses sharpening, the world narrowing to pinpoints of intensity, while his own pupils widened from dilation. The scent of Stolas, stardust with a hint of night-blooming flowers, hit him like a drug all on its own, making his mouth water.
"Yeah, it's kickin' in, alright." He pulled Stolas flush against him, their hips grinding in time with the rhythm, the friction rough through fabric, sending sparks up their spines.
