Summary
Captain Mytho and Dr Connector are two of my favorite characters of mine, both living in Inglenook and mainly active during the 70s and 80s, after the Miasment Crisis. Dr Connector even helps bring to Inglenook a pseudopsychic version of the internet in the 90s called the Influence, which is a whole thing.
Captain Mytho is a superpowered brick-type from the Lands of Always who's lived in Inglenook since he was a baby, while Dr Connector is a hyperempathetic architect and armchair psychiatrist who leads a team of construction workers and maintenance engineers that help keep Inglenook running, called simply the Builders.
Here's some info about them, plus some HeroForge adaptations of the concepts, although the HeroForge adaptations are by definition unfortunately non-canonical.
But what is canon, really? Anyway, I ship these two. They're pretty great together.

" My Precious Flower (A STUDY IN AMARANTH)" , is a collection of one-shots, character studies, and notes, fanart, focused on one of QOOP's earliest fascinations, Time Bandits! Specifically, her deep admiration for Evil (played by David Warner). Long before she even knew what a fandom or an OC was, she unknowingly created a character to pair with him. Now, years later, she's decided to dust off this shameless self-insert, give her a fresh update, and let her loose once again. Whether anyone else enjoys it? She couldn’t care less! She’s just keeping it here for easy access for the select few who might. The recent drop of the Time Bandits reboot is what pulled her back in. She fully admits to hate-watching it, and while the only real highlight was Jemaine Clement’s take on Evil (and the extra screen time he got), OP Evil will always be her GOAT.

Connor looks at the kid on the ice and then turns back to Leon.
“You wanna take him under our wing.” Connor finally puts the pieces together. He revels in the way Leon’s cheeks take a light tint of pink.
“Maybe.” Leon gruffly replies before rolling his eyes and leading the way to the dressing room.
OR
Connor never paid any attention to the hype surrounding this kid who just got drafted to Chicago, but Leon has, and that's just enough to pique Connor's curiosity.
