Summary
The thing no one seems to understand is that Yoongi and Jin are archenemies, sworn rivals, an unforgivable grudge between them that can never be overcome. When they’re asked what happened between them, they give different answers every time, depending on who’s asking and how creative they’re feeling at the moment.
“He bred illegally imported crocodiles under my bed and framed me for it when border patrol caught on.” Yoongi tells a wide-eyed Jimin one evening as they’re both hunched over homework.
“He convinced the owners of the diner that I was an undercover fugitive and got me banned from all the milkshake shops in the southwest.” Yoongi sighs to a bewildered Taehyung from the passenger seat one afternoon.
“He knew Jungkook was supposed to be at my apartment at eight for a movie night and that I’d made hot chocolate and that the marshmallows would get soggy and he still lazed around the mall and dropped him off seven whole minutes late! And you know what he said when he dropped him off, what his brilliant excuse was?” Jin demands heatedly, and it’s silent for a moment before the speaker crackles.
“Sir, please, you’re holding up the drive through, would you just order something?” -

This is planned to be a medium-length crossover fanfic where the story is mainly told from Mike's POV, though I may include chapters from other perspectives if it feels interesting or necessary!I'm an overly multifandom girly, so my inspirations come from many places. However, the dynamics in this fic are primarely inspired by the Marauders era of Harry Potter's Wizarding World (the fandom's story and character building, of course), Heated Rivalry, and popular headcanons within the Stranger Things Fandom.
