Summary
Bucky teaches in the Political Science department at Shield University. He's pushing middle-aged at 45, his eyesight is going a bit, his hearing is still excellent, yes, he can hear you whispering in the back of the classroom. He does not have issues with performance. For which his boyfriend is quite grateful.
Steve is a senior (for the second year in a row) undergrad at Shield University; he's a Studio Art major with a minor in Art History. He might be 21 years younger than Dr. Barnes from the Poli-Sci department, but that didn't stop him from batting his eyelashes and biting his lip at him. For which Dr. Barnes is quite grateful.
They've been dating for roughly three years now, living together for almost a year. They enjoy a variety of kinky roleplay scenarios, most of which focus on the age gap between Steve and Bucky or the power imbalance. It's a normal Tuesday afternoon for them. For a moment, Steve looks like he doesn’t know how to respond to that. Then he sighs, shaking his head like Bucky’s some young pup yapping at him. It’s such a quintessentially Steve gesture, and Bucky would usually find it endearing, but tonight, he’s got the moon singing in his blood, and his emotions are volatile, not quite his.
He bares his teeth and stalks forward—only to still when Steve smiles, wide and wild, white teeth flashing like a knife between the dark scruff of his beard. It’s the smile of a man who got exactly what he wanted, and even half lost to the moon fever, Bucky knows it spells trouble.
“Sweetheart,” Steve says, voice dripping a sweetness that makes Bucky’s hackles rise, “I am the weapon.”

Summary
Agent Barnes, S.H.I.E.L.D's favorite weapon, has definitely not been lusting after anti-hero Captain America since he first got pitted against him in battle. Being kidnapped by the unhinged Captain and raging in artificial heat serum is just Bucky's God damn luck, especially when the Captain turns out to be every bit the rough Dominant Alpha Bucky hoped he'd be. Returned to S.H.I.E.L.D, Bucky tries to resume his normal life, meets resistance at every turn, and starts to realise Captain America may not be the anti-hero he's painted to be, and may hold answers to Bucky's past that he's not sure he wants to hear.

Bucky is a SHIELD agent with the serum, and the Avengers are on the other side. Steve's a hot-ass Alpha that Bucky's used to going up against, but then they use something targeted at his omega hormones to take him down and it puts into heat, which makes Steve smug as shit about his reluctant neediness. Both hot and fucking hillarious, with Bucky being a snarky shit even when he's whining and accidentally blurting out that Steve's dick is all he's ever wanted, and Steve sending him black roses at the office and flirting relentlessly. A lot of will they / won't they around bonding, but the hook-ups are pretty continuous and mostly the drama is resolved quickly or played for laughs. Main tough part is Pierce being a dick and finding out about the Chair.
