Illuga knew Flins ever since his childhood,Flins was his neighbour and only a few years older so they met each other often. Although their status had a lot of disparity with Flins being from a well off merchant family who had a booming business and Illuga being from a normal one ,Flins was still nothing but gracious to him.
"Flins was handsome, rich,smart, and kind,what more could a person wish for?"- is a question Illuga always thought of. The answer? Perhaps he'll never know because he believed Flins was perfect.
But sooner or later,as nothing in the world is permanent,Flins's family business comes to a halt due to a war that broke out and Illuga finally sees Flins perfect face cracking.

"Ah, then it seems you have indeed found who you're looking for." Flins crosses an arm over his chest, the other neatly placing itself behind his back as he politely bows. "An honor to make your acquaintance. To what do I owe the pleasure?"

Was the tug at his heart caused by Flins, or simply because he was famished after centuries of hopelessly searching for a lost cause? He wasn’t sure. Corrupted or not corrupted, he bore the weaknesses of a human, and humanity’s shortcomings often lie in emotion.
