Summary

Maria made a questioning sound, her heart dropping in fear. Everything was getting strangely cold, and her limbs felt impossibly heavy. She wanted to just lie in her bed, surrounded by stuffed animals and medical equipment.
She was so tired.

There's a reason I haven't rushed for its glittering magnificence yet!” Her raising volume even grabs Omega’s attention, but before any of them can stop the ultimate life form, he lifts it off the pedestal once he realizes there’s no traps keeping it from being stolen.

Shadow, adult Rouge the Bat, and Ivo form Team Dark. Ivo becomes the leader of his team. He attempts to conquer the world using the Eclipse Cannon, a superweapon stored at the Space Colony ARK powered by the Chaos Emeralds. Shadow's Good Counterpart, Sonic the Hedgehog, pursues them, hoping to stop Ivo. Shadow believes he's destined to exact revenge on humanity for killing Maria, but then the memory of Maria's true wish made him realize the error of his ways, so he sacrifices himself to save humanity from the ARK falling towards Earth. Team Dark's forced to separate. Rouge reunites with Abraham Tower and Ivo changes his last name to Eggman. Due to fan demand, SEGA (portrayed as a particular group of distinguished humans that command everything in the universe. Shadow the Hedgehog's not only an adaptation of Sonic the Hedgehog, it's also an allegory of the Sonic the Hedgehog fandumb) brought Shadow back in 2003, albeit with amnesia. The 2nd iteration of Team Dark was formed with the team consisting of Shadow, Rouge, and E-123 Omega. In 2005, Shadow's gotta relearn the past while dealing with the dastardly Black Arms, led by Shadow's half-father Black Doom. Abraham's scheduled to make an appearance.
