Summary
Heaven was, reasonably speaking, a physically safe place. Soft and cushy, with minimal crime and drugs, the weather was always nice, as were (most) people. It was truly the embodiment of the grass-is-always-greener-on-the-other-side; this was the other side.
But emotionally, was a completely different story.
St. Peter, of course, was referring to his huge, undeniable crush on the boy sitting next to him. This wouldn't be a problem, unless said boy was someone important, so, naturally, he was. He was Abel, son of the recently deceased Adam. And not to mention the only person who tolerated Peter, even considering him a friend.OR
St. Peter has a huge crush on Abel. But that's the least of anyone's concerns at the moment, as Hell may be attacking heaven, and Abel is in the middle of grieving his (horrible) dad. But, St. Peter's gonna shoot his shot no matter.
