Infinity lies before you, in fractals and spiderwebs that danced and danced and will forever keep dancing. A web of infinite universes, in a spider’s Web that already won a hundred times over and will continue to win as infinity crawls through. In fact, the Web wins so many times that it doesn’t matter in the long run, if the Web doesn’t win at all. For every seeming loss, a hundred more victories are happening in their glass corner of the Web’s cosmic web.
Sometimes, a string will dance hard enough for a glass shard to untangle. Sometimes, it dances hard enough for a person or two to fall through the cracks.

There is a Hunter in the Archives. This is not new.
He bites and tears and hungers, it is all he knows.
His brother was taken, long ago, by something Strange.
And he is a Hunter, after all. And so he must Hunt.
There is Fog in the Archives. This is not new.
The Fog is cold and damp and wet and oh-so alone.
The Fog will lead to dew. The dew will lead to Mould.
The Fog yearns, and that is dangerous for Fog so alone.
Mould spreads quickly, Mould is thick and smothering, but at times can be such a comfort with its Songs.
There is Fog in the Archives. And the Fog will lead to Mould.
The Pupil sits in the Archives, unaware of the Fear outside.
He sits and he Watches. -

Summary
Tim was worried. Not about himself, he knew that he was perfectly fine and utterly worm free. Whatever happened in the tunnels was weird, sure, but it could be explained away easily. No, Tim was worried about Jon, and how he kept probing Tim for more details about his experience in the tunnels. If anything, Jon should have been more interested in whatever Martin's experience was, he was the one who found Gertrude after all. But Tim felt bad for Jon, so here he was, sitting in the clustered office that was still full of worm corpses, about to give a statement about what was most likely just a Co2 fueled hallucination.
