Summary
Xue Yang had always delighted in making those around him unsure whether he was going to slit their throat or cut away a branch of fine berries from one of Koi Tower’s gardens to gorge himself on, then spit the pits at their feet. Jin Guangyao had often complained of it when Mo Xuanyu had still been his confidant, before he’d been misled about Mo Xuanyu’s attentions by the wagging tongues of the jianghu around them.
He hated them. He hated all of them, their pure exteriors and disgusting, filthy hearts.
Xue Yang, in his desperation to bring back Xiao Xingchen, becomes involved in Nie Huaisang's plot to take down Jin Guangyao. Desperate to bring Xiao Xingchen back without needing to sacrifice his own body, he comes to his disgraced pushover of an insane former shidi with a certain proposition.
(Mo Xuanyu has his own ideas.)
