A few months before Anereth is due to start attending school in the capital, he receives an unexpected birthday present in the form of a personal slave. And it's not that he doesn't see the advantages of having one, but he has books to read and spells to study, and there's just not a lot of time to concern himself with strangely unenthusiastic bed slaves.
Unfortunately, said bed slave does not do well being ignored, or being touched, or being a bed slave at all. And Anereth quickly realizes he will have to do something about that, because while he's not sure how to feel about having to deal with a personal slave, he knows he doesn't want to have to deal with a dead one.

Hiruma wanted to know what he was good for, Sena guessed, and resolved to make himself sound useful by any means possible. He didn't kid himself that it would save him from whatever pain was in store for him, but maybe in the end Hiruma might decide not to kill him, if he had some long-term value.
"They ever play you in a team?"
What few pitiful examples of his own usefulness Sena had managed to gather now fell apart in the face of his confusion.
"A sports team," said Hiruma impatiently.
It wouldn't do to look too incredulous. If his master looked at his pathetic body and saw some cannon fodder for whatever sport he had in mind, Sena had to show willing.
It must not have worked, because Hiruma gave a pleased little smirk. "Good, no one's seen you, then."

The calluses on on his fingers were gathered at the tips, as if from the manipulation of fine instruments, rather than at the palm, where a weapon would wear. The YED takes him to hell, where he spends 4 months (40 years)as his slave. When Dean's time is finally up he is returned to a Sam who isn't sure how to deal with a brother so drastically changed. Dean knows he's free now, but conditioning and an altered world view make him treat Sam like his master, including offering himself for sexual use all the time.
