Summary
The cab lets him off at the end of the long, unpaved road leading up to Crozier’s house. The place cannot really be called a house-- it is too large, with too imposing a silhouette for the soft yellow-green tufts of bushes which surround it. The air swells with spring. Altogether, the place gives off the impression of the setting of a novel, plucked from the page and put into reality.
Edward’s legs carry him up the drive as if one moment he was by the cab and the next he is at the door. He stands on the topmost step dumbly, almost ready to turn tail and return to his own residence, but before he can convince himself to leave, the door swings open. -

It's bedtime at the Yorkshire Commune for Invert Sailors. Francis Crozier, Thomas Jopson, Tom Blanky, James Fitzjames, John Bridgens, and Harry Peglar all live together and enjoy being in a safe space with men who share their desires. Each couple has their own bedroom and everyone is free to moan and scream. This story is three sex scenes roughly joined together. The pairings are Crozier/Jopson, Blanky/Fitzjames, and Bridgens/Peglar. There is the tiniest bit of Bridgens/Blanky at the beginning and it is implied that they are all somewhat intimate with each other. Hopefully there will be something for everyone. This is technically a sequel to my story A Garden of Rich Delights, but there is absolutely no need to have read it first.

"When I came over to berth on Erebus. It never seemed the right time to share it. I, er, want you to read it, though." He thrusts the paper out towards John. If John has questions about why this required two days of travel rather than a letter he doesn't voice them. His smile simply grows. Henry finds himself smiling back. On their voyages, John was always so serious, so focused, and then later so afraid, that Henry took pride in every smile he wrought from him. John is so beautiful when he smiles, Henry thinks, his whole face lights up with it, his eyes bright and dancing.
