“What do you say, kiddo? You really don’t have anyone here? Nothing at all?” Ekko asked before Jinx just kidnapped the child. Because she would. Heck, she was going to.
The little girl looked down at her empty hands. The gesture was read as: I have nothing here.
“Alright! Welcome aboard,” Ekko said as he picked up the kid and seated her on his hip. Jinx was overjoyed at the turn of events.
“Ooh! What should we call her?” Jinx asked.
“Seriously, Jinx? We can’t just name it,” Ekko said.
“Sure we can! I named myself! How hard can it be to name our child?!” Jinx exclaimed.Powder grew up with stories about pirates, but never before did she think she would find herself on a ship full of them. After some slight memory lapses, Jinx starts her new life aboard the Zaun with it's captain Silco, first mate Sevika, and third in command Ekko.
Journey with Jinx as she discovers her new self through multiple adventures and help from those around her. She's running from a past she can't fully remember to obtain a future she's always wanted. Pulling herself away from the window, she drags her feet as she walks to the bed, grabbing her older sister's stupid Mr Bunny to cry into. But it only makes it worse, she doesn't let go of it, but it does make her feel shitty for having it and not returning it to her sister when she came back, for now being the sister who left. Vi is fine, she's older, she has her stupid piltie hat lady.
orJinx struggles with leaving Vi behind, alone in the Crownguard estate. She contemplates what to do with her future family and wallows in self-doubt in her relationship with Lux, and is presented with a way to get something back

During the last week of the camp, Jinx is assigned as an extra helper for a cabin with a 'troubled kid' who seems to never talk and really only keeps to herself. As she and this kid grow close, she realizes that the summer moves much faster, and that she can't stop it when it's over.

And while Piltover grows more and more powerful, Zaun turns into even more of a dangerous place than before.Meanwhile Vi tries to balance her senior year with a heavy secret that may or may not break their family if it got out. Not only that, she also tries to deny her growing feelings towards a certain tall and extremely… hot classmate.
Jinx does her best to literally just survive her freshman year while living with ghosts of the past, constantly haunting her. Her relationships seem to be rollercoasters with unpredictable ups and downs, as her head spins with new ideas and projects.
Viktor tries his best to figure out who exactly Jayce is to him, while simultaneously trying to keep his worsening physical health from ruining his beloved job at Piltover High School (and obviously he’s trying his best to keep nosy students from finding out details about his life, that’s private information, thank you very much).

The woman behind the till of a seedy inn tosses her a broken pocket watch, watches her fix it, then asks what name she should put down for the room.
“Ji–“ she says, then snaps her mouth shut. The woman waits patiently, because she’s not the first to come here without a name at the ready, and she won’t be the last. “Jitter. Jitterbug.”
