Charlie hesitates and Nick knows what he was going to say.
"Yeah, I um—I think maybe my presentation might be soon."
Charlie blinks and looks at him, eyes slightly wide. Nick blushes, because along with better scenting, there are other changes that happen in the run-up to alpha presentation, most infamously involving your dick growing bigger and starting to get erections, and Nick just implicitly admitted to both.
