He watches as fresh drops of coffee start filtering, staring at each drop. His chemistry soaked brain makes him think that maybe if he stared at it long enough he could isolate its chemical structure and discover a whole new compound from it, decipher what name he would give it. Or if it would be named after him. All that memorizing of structures and IUPAC names, chemical reactions and calculations that he had been doing the entire night must at least have made him capable enough to do that. Maybe he'll recalculate and give a new half life of coffee. Changing it from 5 to 6 hours to lack of dick.
Megumi is on a study break after pulling an all nighter and needs to make the most of it.

Dick then comes to find Damian and take her home. She has some pretty interesting questions after talking with the older woman.

(They didn’t come. They didn’t save him. Is he wrong to hate them? Wrong to hate the people that left him for dead—)
Izuku’s connecting the dots, the details that were in plain sight (why couldn’t they see? Or they did see, and they just didn’t care as always—) and he doesn’t like what he’s putting together. And maybe… just maybe, Shigaraki wasn’t the only one who’s come to a few realizations himself.
Or: Their talk goes a little bit differently and Midoriya draws one too many parallels than he’s comfortable with.

“Hans.”
Silence falls at last, sudden and complete. They stand facing one another, close enough now that Henry can see the pulse fluttering at Hans’ throat. Close enough to see the way his hands tremble, just slightly, at his sides. Henry steps forward and sets the book firmly on the bed between them. He straightens, meeting Hans’ eyes at last.
“I know you wrote this,” he says.
Hans’ carefully assembled mask falters, its edges cracking to reveal a sharp pain behind his eyes. Then he laughs, once, short and broken, and drags a hand through his hair. Behind it all, a small and delicate flicker of something remains, a trembling ounce of hope.
“How,” Hans stops himself, taking a deep breath before continuing, “how much of it did you read?”...
“All of it.”
OR: What if that book and potion we find under Hans’ bed in the Devil’s Den were ACTUALLY his (and written about a certain someone), and Henry finds it…?
