Summary
Silas and Elara are the only survivors of the northeastern front in the Siege of Stonewater - the bloodiest and final battle of the five year rebellion from the tyrant Carthak.
After the war the two part ways for over a year as they both adjust to surviving the horrors of war. When Silas receives a mysterious letter from an old contact, fate reunites the pair as they are sent to investigate the eerie forest of Fenhaven. When they discover a lost village, they uncover the truth behind how the whole world forgot its existence.
