Only issue is that he doesn't remember anything from before his incident, and the world has moved on without him. His girlfriend has changed and grown as a person since, no one at his job trusts him to do his work, and a strange feeling won't stop clawing up from deep within his chest. The world seems to have gained a new dimension since his coma, though, in the forms of things only he seems to really notice. What was up with the strange soldiers in the hospital when he first woke up? And why does everyone think he's the deceased prime minister from seven years ago, Harold Saxon?

We’ll have ‘em nicked before they can stick the cartridge in the chamber.”

He wasn't sure what the plan was. Worse than that; didn't have a plan in the first place. Drifting. Tuesday, then Wednesday. And would you look at that, a Thursday. Meaningless words that kept coming around and around and he couldn't bring himself to be surprised to see them back again so soon. Over and over. Again and again. One no different than next, just how it wasn't different from the one before.
The funniest thing was that Sam didn't mind if they were all the same. He could do that without too much complaint. All he wished was that he was living someone else's days. Ones that weren't empty and grey, dull. Better days. Or a better person.

Or; It's the 90s and Sam's a down and out twenty-two year old with too many thoughts in his head. It's only when he goes to a rave almost by accident that he realises his life can be happy after all. So he goes again. And again. And all the joys that come along with raving start to seem more and more appealing, if only he could get this one copper to leave him alone long enough to enjoy himself
