However, Nezu wants to prevent that, he always reads the news. Always. He's always two steps ahead. He saw that a missing case got solved, hip-hip hooray for society. It fit the bill of what he didn't want; a dangerous quirk belonging to a vulnerable kid that villains could exploit.
He takes those matters into his own hands. He makes a rather risk-taking decision. 22 pupils in a class for the upcoming school year. It's what he proposes to the staff in the meeting.
