A vial containing DNA Samples of every single Avenger, DNA samples of every single SHIELD Agent with abilities (as well as the DNA samples of some SHIELD Agents without abilities like Coulson, Hill and Fury), DNA samples of every single type of "known" Extraterrestrial Race, and some DNA of Cosmic Level Beings such as a handful of "known" Celestials...
HYDRA added some more DNA into the mix, DNA of animals such as Axolotls, Starfishes, Earth Worms, all the types of big cats, Wolves, Foxes, Bears, Owls, Falcons, Eagles, Emus, Cassowaries, Orcas, Dolphins, Sharks, Sting Rays, Those one Deadly Conch Shell Snails with the little ejectable harpoon, etc .
Then HYDRA did some experiments on the extracted ovaries of various girls who had "Graduated" The Red Room until one "successful" experiment finally resulted in a viable fetus that was Born Of The Harvest...
This is the story of the unlucky child that was born in a lab and that became a victim to the cruel whims of unethical doctors and scientists and who became "a chew toy" for HYDRA'S "Soldiers" and "Agents" for years following "their" birth right up until the moment they escaped..

At this, Fury got up, frightened, and he drew a communicator.
“I wouldn’t call the Avengers,” Talos said. “Or the Marvels. Not yet. Sylene is not about to openly invade Earth like Loki did. She’s hoping for a more diplomatic approach. Given that the Frost Giants are the ones who knocked out the Chitauri, and are the ones poised to conquer the Kree (should they get past Dar-Benn), many Skrulls are eager to repay her in kind and given her interest in the Earth, they now have an opportunity to do just that.”
Fury sat back, stunned, as the weight of what Talos just said bared down upon his shoulders. Having interacted with the Skrulls, he knew what an invasion by them would look like. How bad it would be, he could only guess.
