I'd give my firstborn child for this fic, it's....it's the literal best. I didn't even think the first part Oasis needed a companion fic with the other side's perspective but holy wowza, yes, definitely do not neglect to read this when rereading Oasis. It's SEXY. And fun. I couldn't stop howling with laughter by the end. If you thought mirror Spock was a riot, you really hadn't seen anything yet. I LOVE him, he's so...so...warrioristic and competent and extra and charisma dialed up to 11. I can't even. Poor Spock is completely blindsided, can't compute, how is he supposed to respond when Kirk mistakes him for a Vulcan child because he's used to seeing hulking savage Vulcans and thinks he looks too innocent and adorable and protectable to be a full-grown Vulcan and proceeds to call him BABY (*screaming into deep space*) EEEEeeeEe!!!!!!!over! and over! again!! I swear I hate 'baby' as an endearment, tell me how I loved it so much in this???! And Kirk greeting Spock Prime as 'hey sexy,' I lost my shit, game over for me. XD
