Dr. Meredith Rodney McKay, one of the best and the brightest scientists that the hidden city of Atlantis has ever seen, may also be the most stubborn individual that John Sheppard has ever known. Dr. McKay had acquired himself a solid reputation. When it comes to saving his human counterparts of the pegasus Galaxy and also with the Wraith themselves.
But now Rodney must face the worst and most difficult challenge yet. He must learn to overcome his prejudices and ultimately learn to save himself.
He is captured by an another newly found species from the obsidian Galaxy. He had met the animalistic Jaspers, the ‘Good’ humanoid Coriander government, the worst ‘evil’ Grovian Rulers out there, but now he must work together with his most formidable enemy. A blinded and equally as ruined Wraith to escape the hands of an insane alien scientist, who only seems to love, capture, torture, and mentally break down his chosen targets.
Can Rodney make it out alive and unscathed while working for a common goal for freedom? Or will he be yet another victim underneath this monsters belt?

Instead of the surge of retaliative emotion she had expected from such a definitive blow, Inej simply appeared genuinely puzzled, cocking her head slightly to one side. “Scared of who?”
“Him,” the girl spat, as if articulating the most obvious of facts to a simpleton. “When you stood by his side you were afraid. I could... tell.”
After pausing for a moment in obvious contemplation, she saw realisation wash over Inej’s face. Looking to the floor, the Lady whispered, “Never,” as he shook her head in sombre reverie. “I feel fear for him at times, but never of him. I know that Kaz would never hurt me.”

Super soldiers that were strong and intelligent enough to face the Wraith. They looked human, but when commanded, could change into large wolves. These creatures were called the Canidae. Their purpose was for war. They would sacrifice themselves at a notice and were loyal to a fault.
This is the story of one of the first Canidae and her experience with the enemy she was made to hate.

Rodney McKay was NOT having a good time and it was all Zalenkas fault. Well… at least most of it was. It all started when Zalenka requested help with the malfunctioning EM field on the planet of M7G-677. It was supposed to be a quick jaunt, make a few tweeks, adjust the nearly depleted ZPM to be more efficient in protecting the children from the Wraith, and then back on Atlantis in time for lunch. Easy fix or at least it would have been if the moron listened to him and waited to activate the ZPM on his say so. The console predictably surged, effectively shutting down the shield that was protecting part of the planet.
What happened next Rodney could only truly be described as the story of his life. What could go horribly wrong would be inevitable, as evidenced by a Wraith dart making itself suddenly known and “culling” him into its ship. As to what happened next…
