Six had done it, she had struggled through the Pale City with her best friend. She escaped the Signal Tower with him, she would fight tooth and nail for him. They had gone back to the Wilderness, living inside the Hunter's cabin until they would need to move again. But for now they were comfortable here, so they stayed.
They stayed there for longer and longer, time passing.
They grew older and older, she knew it.
Children never usually lasted this long, they never were meant to get to adulthood. There was a reason you never saw any sane adult, so what happens when a child grows up and turns into an adult?
That is exactly the problem, she knew Mono was older than her by at least a year.
