This was heart-rending...I was a bit traumatised cause I'd been looking for fluff, but it was such an incredible read that I couldn't stop. Poignant and soul-crushing, and yet still sweet and hopeful. I've thought about this many times since I've read it. All the kudos to the author!!

“You mean it?”
“Yeah.” He’s never meant anything before, he thinks. He means this.
