Hydrangeas.
Interesting flowers. Switching colors so beautifully with a slight change in environment.
Sorrow, apologies. Heartfelt emotions. A desire to understand someone.
Hydrangeas.
Mind’s always had a slight interest in them, but never much. The same amount of interest as one would have for a fun fact they’d heard randomly.
Until one morning.

Summary
Fox was a lot of things, despite what the Kaminoans wanted him to think. He was a clone, a part of the Grand Army of the Republic. Destined to fight and die for this cause, because that’s what he was made for. That was what the Republic paid to make him into. He was the commander of the Coruscant Guard. A position assigned him after his one taste of terror and glory on Geonosis. Now forever confined to the cold, concrete basement of the Senate building, and the streets of a rotting planet that did not want him. Fox was a brother, to his batchers scattered across the galaxy, and to his men on Coruscant. He was a protector, forced to keep his brothers safe from the senators they were meant to serve. Fox was a hardass, allegedly. He was a pencil pusher, a killer, a punching bag and a play thing. In the end, however, Fox was only one thing. He’d been this when he was hardly a cadet, let alone a soldier, and he would be it until the day he died.
Above all else, Fox was a liar.
