Aizawa uses a repeat after me “eyes on me” mantra to ground his students(a vestige of Shirakumo’s influence on him). Izuku leads an investigation and gets himself kidnapped. Aizawa has to watch Izuku be tortured before it reaches go-time and the rescue assault begins. In the hospital, he stays by Izuku’s side and Izuku uses “eyes on me” to tell Aizawa that he doesn’t blame him.
One day while alone in the gym, Ochaco spirals down the hole of guilt. She has a panic attack and gets lost in the memory of Nighteye’s demise. Aizawa comes and pulls her out of it, and then listens to her concerns.
Aizawa reflects on memories from his second year, reliving a conversation he once had with Shirakumo. Shirakumo reaffirms Aizawa’s heroism despite Aizawa’s denials. Aizawa wakes up and reflects on his resolve to helps his kids. FAVORITE LINE: Can you feel the weight of the dead?

No one should look that sexy in that dark blue uniform, especially when they’re seconds away from breaking down someone’s door and charging head-on into danger. From his angle, Katsuki has a nice view of Izuku’s entire body. He takes it in greedily, holding onto the weak excuse that the idiot is blocking his view of the entrance. He wouldn’t stare at him otherwise, drinking in the swell of his pecs or those thick, corded biceps. Definitely wouldn’t admire the way that skin-tight undershirt clings to his torso, emphasizing his fit waist. Katsuki allows himself a moment of indulgence, gaze flicking to where those pants cling to Izuku’s muscular thighs.
Strong, he thinks stupidly. Big.
He wonders what else of Izuku’s is big. Hopefully his dick… though chances of seeing it now are pretty slim.
