As someone with a VERY vivid imagination that often gets grossed out by things my brain imagines, i decided it'd be a wonderful idea for a statement-fic. Often enough my nightmares are absolutely terrible because the vividity is so strong. I still have this one nightmare i've had that i knew was a dream but it felt so real and so terrible that i still sometimes get scared to go to sleep. It's both terrible and absolutely amazing to have an imagination like this and to be able to experience it so strongly, and SUCH a good theme for a statement-fic. Enjoy. :>

Rokuhira Chihiro is the new Head Archivist for the Kamunabi Institute, Tokyo, an organisation dedicated to academic research into the esoteric and the paranormal. While the Institute's libraries couldn't be in better condition, the same cannot be said for its mess of an archive, which has been left behind by the previous Head Archivist, Shiba Togo. However, hidden within the assortment of statements in desperate need of recording, there might be hints towards uncovering the mystery of the house fire that killed Chihiro's father three years ago... and whatever wants him here, it's always watching.
