Summary
Orpheus, Rupture, and Crow are slowly bringing down the city of Manberg bit by bit. This mission is imperative to destroying Manberg from the inside out, and they know it. It all goes down without a hitch of course, because they are the most powerful villain group in the world, but someone sees something they aren't supposed to see, and they kidnap the person.
Said Person is 6-year-old Civilian Tommy Innes, who thinks The Syndicate is the coolest villain group ever.

Wilbur gets attached, as he does. So does Techno. And Phil. Naturally, they're a family now.

Tommy knew the repercussions of this job but frankly, he needed money and The SBI paid him… very well. He knew being in this line of work was very dangerous, but he was desperate. He had begun working for The SBI about a year ago, yeah maybe they had asked if he was 18 and maybe he may have lied, but listen he was on his own in a rundown apartment with no birth certificate, or records! And The SBI offered free healthcare. So it’s a win-win-win situation, The SBI got a very good spy and Tommy got money and healthcare!Series
