Summary
Prince Shouto has had enough of the king toying with him, so he decides to end it all at the mountain's cliff. Despite loving him with all his heart, his love never seemed to be returned. So he takes the dire step, but when he opens his eyes again, he is at the hospital, among people he thought he left behind, and Katsuki's there as well. But he isn't the same; none of them are, and he is stuck in a world now to stare at the man he loves, who has no obligation to love him in this world he is stuck inside.

Barbarian Katsuki fucks up with Prince Shouto in his own world, and Shouto is given a second chance at life in a different place. However, Hero Katsuki is not that much of an idiot to not really see what is in front of him.

Summary
The last thing Giyū saw was the horrible creature known as Muzan crawling away to another part of their quickly crumbling world, taking the hashira who could still fight with him, and the bodies of those who no longer couldn't, behind him. Giyū was the latter, trying to stand up even through the sea of blood at his feet. He was dying.
Why was this happening? Wasn't the slayer mark supposed to boost his survival?
Turns out, it did. Maybe a little too well.
Fate had once again chosen the wrong person to save, Giyū thought, back in his thirteen year old body, staring at his dead childhood friend right in the face. Tanjiro would have been so much better at time travel.

Instant favourite, what a page turner. The characterisation is so wonderful and fitting, the pacing is just perfect, the writing is lovely to read.
Time travel giyuu is definitely not rare, but something of this quality I can only count with my fingers. So happy I found this.
