The masked man held a lazy smile as he looked down on your sleeping form. The harsh wind made your cheeks the cutest shade of red, and your lips a delicious glossy mess. He would have you fixed. He nodded to himself. Fixed, yes. All better. You’d be eager to thank him then.

    Summary

When Simon returns home from deployment, the blaring TV next door is gone; replaced by the scent of warm bread and soft humming through the walls. You’ve just moved in: a bright, charming baker chasing your dream with a new shop down the street. He’s guarded and quiet. You’re sunshine and sugar. What begins with cinnamon rolls at the door slowly turns into late-night chats, quiet confessions, and something neither of you expected: comfort, healing… and the kind of slow-burning love that sneaks up on you.

    Summary

The truck's window lowered, revealing a man in the driver's seat. Large, that was your first impression. Tall enough that his head nearly touched the roof of the cab, broad shoulders silhouetted against the dashboard lights.

"Car trouble?" His voice carried a slight accent—European, maybe Austrian or German. Polite. Concerned, even.

"Yes! Oh my god, yes." The words tumbled out in a rush of relief. "It just died on me. I don't know what happened, it was running fine and then—"

"That's unfortunate." He leaned closer to his window, and you caught a better glimpse of his face. Strong features, light eyes that reflected the dashboard glow, short hair. Handsome, in a rough sort of way. "This road doesn't get much traffic at night."

"I could give you a ride," he offered finally. "To the next town. There's a motel there with a payphone. You could call for a tow."

Your first instinct was to say yes—enthusiastically, gratefully, anything to get out of this situation. But years of true crime podcasts and general survival instincts made you hesitate.

    You said yes anyway.

A dark, hooded figure emerged from the dense snowstorm, growing far too tall as it approached. You shuffled back weakly in the bloodstained snow and winced as you jostled the trap clamped on your boot.

“What is this?” the man’s voice rumbled, muffled behind his mask. “You are…not what I expected to catch today.” He crouched and cupped your cheek reverently, as if you were a tiny creature whose delicate bones would snap at a too-rough touch.

You flinched at first — but he was warm, so warm.

“You are very far from home, aren’t you, Kleines Häschen?” he mused, honeyed words drawn out slowly as you relaxed into his palm. “Come, let me tend to your wound. Rest by my fire, just for a little while.”

The man scooped you up from the snow, unresisting. Sleep whispered sweet temptation as you were cradled to his chest, lulled by the blood loss and his steady steps. You gave in to the beckoning darkness, and allowed your heavy lids to close, like he said—

    just for a little while.

    Summary

"We get dirty, and the world stays clean."

That was always the mission of Task Force 141. Two alphas, two betas, and the unshakable bond of a pack forged in bullets and blood. No omega needed, not when they had each other. But when a raid pulls you from the wreckage of a human trafficking ring, their entire world changes.

You’re a survivor first—an omega second. Thrust into a world of soldiers and secrets, you don’t trust the hands that pulled you from the dark. They say you’re safe, but instincts are louder than words, and your fractured bond to the world leaves you adrift.

In the shadows of their newfound mission, Task Force 141 struggles to piece together the horrors they've encountered. Lines blur. Tension builds.

And maybe, just maybe, you're what they never knew they'd been missing.
