Summary
With his Master dead, a young knight is left with nought but his liege's armor, destrier, and two swords. Long whispers of both dire tidings as well as opportunity in the form of another great Tourney, held at the Leyndell itself.
He journeys North, out of curiosity, beyond the familiar fields of eastern Limgrave, to participate in the Knight's melee, wholly unaware of a certain severed blade searching for a warrior who has so utterly robbed her of her dignity in front of her own knights. A sudden influx of graceless warriors returning from the badlands, including the former Elden lord himself. And the silent panic behind Leyndell's royal chambers as Lord Radagon quite suddenly vanishes from the Capitol. The Carians, in turn, are no less furious, particularly the now hale Queen Rennala.
Curiously, the young knight encounters a rather odd pair during his travels, A tall man with a limp, fiery red hair, and no sense of memory or recollection, and a rather odd warrior, bearing nought but a pot to obscure his face, breeches, and twin, sleek blades. Not an ideal set of travel companions, but company no less.

Summary
When the last stars died, a part of Alex—the man who was once Venom and now the King in Black—died with them. Godhood came with its curse: the pain of watching everything fade. Friends, family, entire worlds—gone. Even the stars, when he sought their light, flickered out, leaving only the cold and darkness Knull had always intended. The last of the Light was gone, and Venom’s realm became an empty void.
With life now scarce, the remaining symbiote children had only one place left to go—inside their new host. Thousands of them, all absorbed into Alex, their voices whispering in his mind. But for all his power, there was nothing he or Venom could do but drift in the darkness. And so, in the end, Venom, Alex—the last living thing in the universe—closed his eyes.
Until the silence shattered. A thousand voices screamed awake as Alex opened his eyes to an unfamiliar skyline—one of smog and neon lights. Alone no longer, the One in Black must now find his place in a world that still burns with life.

The enmity between Princess Aemma and Prince Lucerys Velaryon is no secret; it echoes through the halls of court and whispers across the realm. After the blood was spilled at Driftmark, Aemma cast aside the silks of girlhood, donning riding leathers and taking up sword and shield. No longer would she suffer to be helpless.
In response—whether as punishment or a desperate bid to mend fractured bloodlines—King Viserys decreed a reshuffling of heirs: Lucerys was sent to be fostered in King’s Landing, while Aegon was dispatched to Dragonstone. For some, it marked a turning of tides. For Aemma, nothing changed.
Years passed. When Lucerys returned to Dragonstone, and Aegon to the capital, the Blacks remained ignorant of what transpired behind the Red Keep’s closed doors.
On the very night Aegon is crowned by torchlight and steel, Lucerys is sent to Storm’s End. There, beneath thunder and dragon smoke, he finds her again: Aemma. It is there that Lucerys cements himself and Aemma into song, as in the storm, Lucerys does not flee but turns around and fights.
Vhagar hungers for battle. Arrax will give her one. As for Luke, he just wants to go back to his boat.
