Tras el primer atraco Raquel Murillo decide alejarse de él. No va a ir a buscarle, no va a arriesgar su vida por un hombre que le había mentido. Sintiéndose inmensamente abandonada y descompuesta decide recomponerse sola, una vez más, impasible. Como Inspectora, Sergio había sido un reto; pero como mujer, otra puñalada. Y solo los masocas van detrás del que te ha herido y dejado.
Tras el primer atraco Sergio Marquina no puede parar de pensar en ella. La entiende, entiende el sentimiento de traición y respeta el pasado de Raquel. Como ladrón, Raquel había sido un reto; pero como humano, una nueva forma de ver la vida. Y ya no le valía ninguna otra.
Dos años, un segundo atraco y unas ganas inmensas de una nueva oportunidad. El Banco de España y los bandos de siempre. A Sergio solo le queda demostrarle que puede confiar en él de verdad, a Raquel solo le queda demostrarle que piensa ir hasta el final, atraparle y entenderle de una vez por todas.

Raquel signs up for a company retreat to Northern Europe in hopes of a much-needed break after Alberto wreaked havoc in her life - that is, until she learns that Sergio Marquina, the aloof office despot is paired up with her. He is her only colleague she strongly suspects cannot stand her. He never says more than two words to her and goes out of his way to avoid being alone with her.
But the trip is all expenses paid and she came all the way here, so she has no choice but to get used to sensing his glare at the back of her head during every compulsory team-building winter activity they take part in.
She will not chicken out.
Even if it turns out she has to share a room with him in the company cabin.
