"I used to be so good at the violin," Fritz muttered to himself, pointing a MediGun at Jeremy for the twentieth time in five minutes. The Scout seemed happier after the previous Medic had helped him transition. Most everyone seemed happier, actually. Sure, the Spy was a dick, and the Sniper was acting a little strange after coming across that BLU Medic a month ago, but aside from that, everyone was happy. Comfortable around each other, for the first time since they'd started to work together. Everyone except Fritz, of course.

I, the author, am high, sleep deprived, lonely, and really, REALLY miss my boyfriend, so I'm taking it out on a bunch of video game characters bc I have nothing better to do.

He's lonely, too introverted to talk to his teammates much, and really, he's just kind of uncomfy around people. Up until meeting the BLU Medic face-to-face, that is. The guy is crazy, definitely feral, might be able to smell fear, and frankly, a little terrifying. Sniper doesn't care much after a while, though.

Yes the title is a reference to RTC, sue me. Anyways.
Everyone who dies during the events of Emesis Blue comes back, haunting the old hospital from the start of the film. Scout is constantly traumatized by something in the mirror, Spy is an ass towards everyone, Medic and Soldier are just trying to take care of Scout, and they're all kept half alive even after death by some weird tokens. Idk, it was a fever dream.

Dead. Dead, dead, dead. A splayed out corpse, ugly in its awkward angles and unnatural paleness. Light chews on his lips, lets the corners of his mouth twitch into a small smile as he pictures it. L is bloody and hacked apart. L is splattered on the ground. L is limp with vacant eyes and an open, bleeding mouth that can’t accuse anyone of anything.
Light doubts even Kira wants L dead as much as he does. He doesn’t even know what L looks like, so he doesn’t get to fantasize about it properly. How sad.
But Light does, and Light can, and Light does.
He is so controlled, and he is so in control of his mind, and he is thinking about exactly what he wants to think about.
