Summary
It has all fallen apart. Against a monster with the power of the Goddesses, Hyrule was no match for Ganondorf. Yet the world still held onto the shred of hope that maybe, someday, a hero would emerge and all would be saved.
At least that was what Zelda has believed these last seven years. Her patience was wearing thin though, and she didn't know how much longer the world could stand with Link still sealed away. She has remained hidden for so long, hoping and praying that one day she would see her kingdom return to its rightful glory and peace. She has waited long enough now, and with her training with the Sheika, she was ready to fight against the evil head on. No matter what it takes.

Thrust into a role that he does not want, he must work along with Midna to stop the invasion and free those who have been transformed into dark creatures.
This is a game novelization set into a trilogy of books. Into the Twilight is book one.

Summary
George R. R. Martin once famously asked, "What was Aragorn's tax policy?" The question was meant as a questioning of Tolkien's idea that good men automatically make good kings.
So anyway, why not write about trade negotiations and Urbosa's actual tax policies? The Second Calamity is an alternate take on Hyrule based on examining what the internal politics of Hyrule might have looked like had it not been mostly handwaved away. It's also a story of broken people lashing out at the system that broke them. It's also Revali marrying Link by accident.

Grog has noticed a number of peculiarities in Kakariko Village. Eerie lights flicker in the mountain valley after dark. Murky black water fills the old stone well that no one uses. Golden spiders spin their webs under the eaves of abandoned buildings. Grog’s parents have no patience for his concerns, nor does the strange young woman who tends a pen of cuccos next to the graveyard. The only person who pays any mind to Grog’s observations is the kindly proprietor of the potion shop, who assures him that nothing is amiss. Little does Grog know that the legendary Sheikah of Kakariko still live, and that they are watching.

Summary
Chai has a rather tumultuous history when it came to people wanting him to stick around, and he's never quite sure how much of it was directly his fault. If you were to ask him personally, he would probably say most of it was his fault. He was Chai: a loud-brained rockstar who didn't even have the ability to be a rockstar until recently. Occasionally, he thought certain aspects of it were unfair, at least when it came to specific details of specific moments, but for the most part, he did his best to shake it off and make a mental note of what not to do the next time he found himself settling down with those he considered family.
He for sure had to have everything figured out by now. He knew the formulas and expectations for when it came to people like him. He couldn't possibly mess it up like he had done so many times before, not with all that he knew after his copious amounts of trial and error.

Link must struggle to survive in a kingdom that is rapidly being consumed by evil. He has pulled the Master Sword, but he is too young to wield it. He befriends one of the few Hylian Knights to survive Ganondorf's attack. Together, they will have to train Link to be a cunning warrior while still keeping the evil forces at bay and protecting Princess Zelda.

"That hurt. Like really hurt." Chai was looking down at his leg in disbelief.
"Are you okay?" Peppermint asked again, now seriously worried once more.
“Ow, ow… It’s fine, I’ll just walk it off,” Chai managed to say, voice strained with pain. A moment later, there was another crash as Chai fell right back into the pile of debris. “Okay, you know what, nevermind… I think I’m just gonna… lie down.”
Peppermint narrowed her eyes, sending off a command to 808 to give her a reading on Chai’s vitals and see what’s wrong. His heart seemed fine, though his stress levels seemed quite high. It wasn’t until Peppermint saw the scans for his leg did she finally understand what was wrong.
“Your leg’s… broken, Chai,” she said, unable to believe what she was saying.
