Summary
After capturing a rogue scholar near the Avidiya Forest, Cyno and his captive run into a Zone of Withering. As Cyno defends them, the scholar seizes his chance to escape, and manages to wound Cyno with a poisonous powder. Unbeknownst to its effects, Cyno presses on with his mission, to recapture the criminal and escort him back to the Akademiya for his judgement. It’s not long before the poison takes root, however, forcing the General Mahamatra to relive his worst fears. Can Cyno survive his own sins and still bring the rogue scholar to justice?

In the aftermath of the battle, Lucifer heals Alastor at Charlie's behest. Unfortunately, healing someone's wound is pretty hard when they won't let you touch them, let alone get near them. So instead, Lucifer tries something new- transferring the wound from the sinner to himself. After all, he's an angel. Surely he can handle one little scratch.

Summary
Based on a tumblr post about someone pain-swapping Chronic Pain Robert with someone else. It caught my eye. :3

“I can take much more pain than you ever could, bitch!” Prism raised an eyebrow at Flambae as he stomped up to Robert like a child. “I’ve got fuckin’ powers, I’m naturally stronger, faster, and better than you, Mecha-bitch.”
Robert could feel the heat rolling off of Flambae’s body, drying his skin out where it touched him. He doesn’t quit with his rep as he turned, keeping count in his head as his deadpan expression locked onto the fiery superhuman.
“Wanna bet?” Flambae and Prism both perk up a little, Prism pulling her phone out and typing rapidly. Robert swapped the weight and started working on the other arm, ignoring the way his shoulder protested with a straight face.

Summary
When the front desk had triggered the lockdown and called to say Mecha Man was in the SDN lobby with the Astral Pulse in hand, turning himself in, this wasn’t exactly what she expected. Mecha Man was supposed to be menacing. He was supposed to be feared, intimidating, imposing, a force to be reckoned with both in and out of the suit. Someone you looked at and thought, damn. Now that’s a villain.
When Blazer got to the lobby, all she could think was, damn. That’s just a kid.
The same thought returned to her now, watching the shallow rise and fall of Robert’s chest as he slept in the too-big hospital bed. Around either wrist, thick restraints pinned his arms down to the metal frame of the cot. Under the blanket that was draped over his legs, she knew the same restraints were fixed at his ankles, too.
“Feels like overkill,” she muttered, shaking her head again. Chase huffed a laugh, hunching further in on himself.
“It’s not. Kid’s a scrappy motherfucker, always has been,” he said.
