Summary
What if Scott woke up in a tomb after being cursed to sleep for 600 years, and when he escaped and found other people, he was accused of being a murderer, vampire, etc.? And more importantly, what if he wasn't a vampire?
Instead, he's just an elf/mimic who is couple thousands years old and although technically he should just be a near-immortal, through a series of unfortunate events (his birth), he's fully immortal and really doesn't want to think too hard about why his new housemates are talking about sires, blood, revenge, or Big Foot. He just woke up from a cursed sleep, can he just build his spooky castle in peace without the accusations? Please?

“You’re usually much more slippery than that, 4C.” Nom remarked lightly, letting out a low chuckle. “Not even trying anymore, are we?”
With his head bowed and his hood tucked over his face, his expression was impossible to decipher. But Nom couldn’t miss the shake in his words, the edge of desperation lacing his tone.
“I’m trying,” 4C choked out, voice cracking as he spoke. “I was trying, Nom.”

Summary
Everything hurts. It feels petulant to think but Nom can't think of a more succinct way to put it.
Scott wasn't sure what he was expecting to happen today but being called by Owain for healing was not on the list of possibilities.

Summary
Legs pushes open the refrigerator door with his shoulder, hands full with his tray of dissection tools and the recording device. The cold washes over him, and he quickly steps in to avoid letting more out.
The lights are already on, the room neat and tidy just like he left it. The only difference is the corpse laid out on the slab in the center of the room,
He squirts some hand sanitizer onto his hands, beginning to rub them together in the cold air before donning his gloves. “This is Doctor Legundo, beginning the autopsy of…”
He leans over to read the tag off the ankle.
“Avid Goldsmith,” he recites, “21 years old, 6 months a vampire before expiry.”
