Summary
Life beyond SeeD can be difficult; a change of scenery could be just what is needed. After Squall and Rinoa move to Timber, it's important to keep in contact with old friends, because only they can understand exactly what you’re dealing with...an unemployed commander with way too much time on his hands. Thankfully, he finds a job...and then it just gets plain weird.
These are a series of letters exchanged between Rinoa and Selphie detailing life with their respective boyfriends, photographs included. It spans from the untimely loss of a beloved ponytail, to the meeting of other video game idols - in which expectations fall a little 'short.'
Letter Seven: The Squall and Rinoa action figures ride several trains and end up in Arizona.
Squall makes an unfortunate mistake that angers an entire state. Thankfully, among the turmoil, the action figures make a detour to the Grand Canyon. Also an accidental trip to "The Bean" in Chicago leads to a photo op. Thanks fellow FFVIII author Ronin-ai for her help; its better doing this randomness with fandom friends!Disclaimer: No action figures were harmed in the making of this, although a few egos may have been bruised.

Summary
Alternate Universe. When the world forgets you've ever existed, the memories they shared under the stars will remain. After an agent’s death, Rinoa becomes a key witness in the trial and placed into protective custody. Squall is the FBI agent assigned to her case, Seifer is the local detective, and Rinoa is the one who finds herself giving up everything. Nobody told him when Esthar managed to safely free her (she wouldn’t let them). He was now Trabia’s Headmaster; he was happy (she thought). Summary
Starting about three months after the game. The concept is based around the first year of Squall and Rinoa's relationship. There are no 'major' enemies or threats. The story itself is the relationship and how the two deal with growing as a couple and as individuals. Each chapter is usually its own story (on occasion, an arc may spread through two or three chapters), but they are all tied to each other by time.
