She knew how to find a new home after she was made homeless, and she knew how sometimes that lead towards becoming a Shinto god of a local shrine. She knew how to handle the impetuous yokai fox spirit Tomoe, always using his position as her familiar as a mask for his true feelings. She knew how to reach a hand into the dark, how to be lonely together.
Nanami didn't know how to love someone correctly. But that's okay. Neither did Tomoe. They'll figure it out.
