Summary
Candy Apple Cookie always tries her hardest to get Shadow Milk's attention, wanting his praise or anything just to get him satisfied but Shadow always brushes her off, not even caring about her at one bit. It gotten even worse when the former Hero of Truth joins him after surrendering to the jester and instantly gets Shadow Milk's attention. Shadow Milk always pamper Truthless Recluse like he was his lover, even giving special compliments to Black Sapphire. Candy Apple always have to endure the ignorant and harsh reality from the Beast of Deceit and one day, she got badly told off by Shadow Milk after she annoys him. Seeing that none of them really cares for her except for the three young cookies whom have their bodies trapped inside some card, Candy Apple is done. She is tired and after releasing GingerBrave and the others, she was given a chance to join the good side. Will she accept or still stay loyal to Shadow Milk?

Perhaps he could have been more... polite, in his refusal of her touch, at least the first few times. He simply saw a hand wrapped in green approaching his face and he responded. The regret that washed over him at the sound of her yelp - startled and pained, a tragic accessory to the tremor in her wrist born from him grasping it so tight - was overwhelming, almost suffocating, and yet... he did it again, the next attempt she made. And the one after that, and the one after that.
Nevertheless, for reasons unknown, she persisted.
Must have been that morbid curiosity of hers.
