Summary
What if blood does not need to be shed? What if instead of huffing out relieved breaths after each toy is killed, we can save them?
That's exactly what I will write in this work. "Another Path", the title is quite explanatory on its own, writing about another way this plot could end. I will cover all the chapters from one to four, and rewrite mostly everything.(Aight yeah, we're at that time of the series again people, time to write another Saved AU where everyone is alive and nobody, literally NOBODY, dies for the sake of some fans. Summary
Centuries ago, the Nymphs decided to create a being of light capable of fighting the Nightmares of Polokus. To do so, they gather a large number of Lums, but lose a bag along the way. Despite this, Betilla carries out the final phase of the invocation. Rayman is born, with missing limbs due to the lack of Lums.
Betilla takes charge of the young hero's education and tries to make him understand his destiny: to protect the Glade of Dreams from Nightmares. However, Rayman wonders about the real reason for his existence. Is it really his destiny to become a hero ? Why should he protect people who reject him because he's different ?
