Summary
What is time to the dead and dreaming, anyway? If your choices had been different back then, do you think it would have mattered? Do you think anything you've done matters?
If you asked the Prophetess, Jade, she would say no. A denier of fate and friend to the dead, she ventures into one of her most challenging missions yet in search of the third and final Black Stone: An idyllic village that seems all too good to be true. And the choice a boy offers is all too tempting to decline, for a life of peace, illusion or no, sounds better than the alternative.
The events which follow lead the Prophetess down a dark path that, try as she might, she cannot escape alone.

Summary
The Prophetess sacrificed herself, that Vyn might have a second chance. But her death was not the end. A chance meeting with the Veiled Woman as her awareness fades leads to the Echo triggering one last time.
With many truths revealed, Jianna, the Prophetess, awakens in Jespar's camp on the Sun Coast for a second time. With a second chance, armed with the knowledge of their previous attempt, she begins the struggle against the High Ones anew.
