Focuses a lot on Katniss and her healing journey after the story and before the epilogue. Slightly different than canon in that she doesn't rely on Peeta so much for her healing but relies on her community (like Sae and her granddaughter and the people who come back to rebuild 12) She makes a lot of progress before Peeta even gets there and is therefore able to help him on his journey. Very introspective. Focuses more on Katniss's caring nature and how she comes to care for herself by caring for others.
