In the distant land of Sneznhaya roams a barely twenty-year-old Diluc, trying to ease his feelings of guilt for mercy-killing his father and almost killing his adoptive brother by slaughtering the Fatui and taking down their bases.
In the same land of Sneznhaya, the recently appointed Tenth Harbinger Rosmunda is set on apprehending the Crimson Phantom, the dangerous and elusive fighter who has managed to destroy so many Fatui strongholds - and lives.
