There were few beings in the universe who managed to inject this much fear behind the Doctor’s voice. In fact, Rose could probably count them on her fingers. Whoever he was, made her entire body shiver in dread and anticipation.

She watched closely as it groomed its rain-addled wings, strained her ears as it emitted a gentle purring call; to her, at least, it resonated around the quad like bells. Summary
Heaven returns to put and end to Vox. Valentino and Velvette get caught in the crossfire. V-Tower is destroyed, and the three powerful overlords of entertainment are overlords no longer.
