“Shane Hollander, I want to make you a father.” He looked up at Shane, eyes seeking approval. Shane looked down at him. God, was he perfect. His curly hair was tussled, sleep in his eyes, maybe even a little bit of dried drool on the edge of his mouth. He morning light shone on his face. Shane lowered himself until their faces were mere inches apart. He took a moment to look at every detail of Ilya’s skin, then to his beautiful, plush lips. Shane placed a gentle kiss before lingering there for a moment, not entirely caring that neither man had brushed their teeth yet. They pulled away again but continued to remain only inches apart. His husband was so beautiful. Not just physically. Ilya was the greatest person Shane knew, and he was asking Shane, with utmost earnest, to have a child with him. Who was Shane to deny him?

First time I've done a prompt story but I read this and it lived in my head rent free for weeks, so I put my own twist on it
Ana begs Eddie for the chance to take Chris out for the day so they can bond (Chris didn't come around in 4x08!) He agrees but when Ana runs into a friend, she gets so distracted she forgets she was watching him, and they go for coffee (Chris wandered off at the Zoo or something.) The 118 are called to the zoo sometime later where Buck spots Chris with a security guard. Eddie is furious to find out he's been left alone for a few hours. Ana tries to make excuses and even brings up the fact Buck "lost" Chris too and Eddie goes off on her!
