xinlong's laugh is strained. "you're just learning nonsense, hyung."
their faces sit inches apart as geonwoo leans forward, the corner of his mouth lifting into something that is not quite a smile—it's far too animalistic for that.
"i want you, baby," his voice drops half an octave as he whispers, "what does it mean, wolf-cat?"
when the two of them are alone at the dorms, geonwoo asks xinlong to help him with his chinese. xinlong, of course, can never deny geonwoo of anything.

Tall guy turns slightly more towards Xinlong and oh.
That twinge definitely did not come from his arm.
Maybe he hurt his head when falling from his bed too.
Yeah, that must be it.
Xinlong only realizes that he's staring when Anxin nudges his shoulder, a knowing look on his face. "Shut up," Xinlong whispers harshly, glaring back at his roommate.
"I’m not saying anything!" Anxin responds at maximum volume, of course, and now the tall guy and his also tall roommate are looking back at them.
Xinlong can feel a blush rising to his face and before he could turn around and hide, his arm warns him to not move – more like he can’t really move. Right now, he would really love for a hole to open up in the lawn beneath him and just sink into the earth. That would help with his public embarrassment, his throbbing arm and his fear to get bad grades on his midterms.
Or, Xinlong falls from his bed, fractures his arm and scores a date because of a fire alarm.
