Summary
Doctor Who brainrot hit hard with this episode. I felt there were a couple of scenes missing that I wanted to add, as well as an alternate ending.
AKA: The Doctor and Rogue deserved more on-screen time together to develop their relationship a little bit more and I refuse to belive we wont see him again :)

Summary
There is very little that Mihawk fears losing. Yoru, for one. His strength, for another. There is a person who could be listed, but Shanks is too big a word to easily fit in a catalogue such as this. When all three start slipping away, Mihawk struggles to know which he'll reach for first.
Or if reaching for one will force the other two further from his hands.

Out here, Shanks was alone with the quiet, where every wandering thought spiraled back to the same insistent refrain in the back of his mind. Something’s wrong.
Roger used to swear by the ache in his bones, but for him, it was a tightness in his lungs, like he couldn’t draw a full breath. The feeling had been growing for a while, and there was something about the damp, cold wind burrowing past the surface warmth of the alcohol that gave a name to his fear and made it real.

Set roughly six years after Roger's execution. When nearly a month passes without word from Mihawk, Shanks sets out to find him, but he's not the only one looking.

Summary
Mihawk is loath to admit it, but as he kneels on this execution platform with swords crossing his neck, beaten to hell and back with two thoroughly broken and useless arms that they've nevertheless cuffed (painfully) behind his back, Mihawk is going to have to say that, maybe, he bit off more than he could chew with this one.
"This is your last warning," Shanks calls out, expression thunderous. The three scars over his eye wrinkle at the edges closest to his mouth when he bares his teeth with anger. His hair and his cape whip up into the wind he creates with the haki he builds up, demonstrating just how much power he can wield without even breaking a sweat.
Gone is the affable Red-Haired Shanks.
Here stands an emperor.
"I am leaving with my husband, and if you would like to leave with your life, you will not bother us."

"Who is he?" Perona insists.
"He's just an old…acquaintance that things didn't end well with." Okay, he might not have been an acquaintance, but that's what he should be now. At most. Yes, he had already had his tragic love story. There are no more chapters in that book.
"You're Zoro, Luffy's friend, right?" Shanks' approaches them.
Though, it seems some readers have requested a sequel.

Or; Mihawk fell in love with and got his heart broken by Shanks when they were teenagers. 19 years later, Shanks appears again and pursues Mihawk...who he doesn't seem to remember.

“Is it working?” Red’s question is tinged with hope. He’s intermittent again, away from the theatron and Buggy’s shrieking, away from the flock of students interfering with the dying star. The frames on the screen loop, black and white and black and white once more, reflecting off Red’s cheeks, darkening his eyes and lips, bathing them in pale gloom. The lights turn on and there he is, still strong with hope.
“Perhaps,” Mihawk replies.
Or: a flock of gay marine biologists scours the ocean and faces their feelings after knowing each other for twenty long, deranged years

When 23-year-old Mihawk, a recent master's graduate, found his boyfriend and childhood best friend in bed with someone who wasn't him, he decided to set out for the bright destiny that was certain to await him with the Shichibukais - a secret spy organization of the world government.
At 41, Mihawk must realize that the future that is now his present isn't exactly bright. The Shichibukai's existence has become public knowledge, the World Government has disowned them, and most members are awaiting trial in jail. For his part, Mihawk, who is slowly recovering from the effects of a month and a half of sequestration and torture, has no choice but to return to work with his father at the SSA, a bodyguard agency that will soon go bankrupt.
Mihawk's first mission: save his ex-boyfriend and world star, Shanks of the Red Pirates, from a menacing stalker while training a new apprentice : Roronoa Zoro.
